Beadz Latest Single "Super Bad" Getting Radio Adds

The latest single "Super Bad" by Chicago's latest superstar ,Beadz is getting major love from commercial radio stations in the Windy City. The DJs gave the nod to this talented artist who consistently comes up with club and radio singles during his career in this gruesome market we call the music business. Beadz is the artist everyone is looking at to stabilize the akwardness of the culture of Rap music in Chicago. Talking with and listening to this hip hop soldier gives the feeling that he is willing to carry the city on his back for all the underground artists who are never given a chance to show their talents. The single "Super Bad" was made for radio "Says Beadz. Cause I figure show them both sides of my talent whether it is the street lyrics and or the commercial thing". Beadz speaks with authority as he outlines his future in this business and where he would like to be in a few years. "The Radio spins are cool but I gotta sell songs and ring tones. Thats the nature of the beast today". While he does his marketing, he readies yet another song "Celebrate" which the Djs in the city claims will be the club hit he has been searching for to legitimize Mr. Chicago aka Beadz.

3rd Annual Roll Like Marcus Memorial Harley Davidson Ride

The 3rd Annual Roll like Marcus Hendricks Memorial Harley Davidson Ride will be held on Sunday May 30th. More than 200 motorcycle enthusiasts are expected to rev up their engines in Chicago Sunday morning May 30th and travel down South Halsted Street from 115th Street north to Union Park on Randolph and Ashland Avenue in honor of Marcus Hendricks and fallen police officer Thomas Wortham, IV, both killed by senseless gun violence. This event is sponsored by the Marcus Hendricks Memorial Foundation. The participants will ride for peace and unity in the community as well as to promote mentoring as a solution to the violence in the community. The first Roll like Marcus event was held on May 4, 2008, two weeks after Marcus Hendricks was fatally shot while in the office of his plumbing business in the Sheldon Heights neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. An avid Harley-Davidson enthusiast, Marcus’ friends from the biker community joined together for a ride to commemorate Marcus – a father, a husband, a business man and a community supporter on what would have been his 35th birthday. Since Marcus’ death his family has created the Marcus Hendricks Memorial Foundation to promote the tenets of his life: hard-work, family and commitment to community. As a plumber Marcus created his own success in the plumbing and sewer business. He supported the community by employing individuals whom he felt deserved a second chance providing an opportunity to become self-sufficient and provide for their families. Chicago Police Officer Thomas Wortham IV was murdered on Wednesday, May 19, 2010, and the ride this year will pay special tribute to Officer Wortham.
